Yes! A new venture! You've got to branch out sometimes. Staying online is fun but having the brand in fashion outlets is double the fun! So, I've taken another step to consign my jewelry to a NEW! and quirky shop in Bangsar! Telawi 2 to be exact. It's name in itself pulls at my heart's core- "TEA & SYMPATHY".
Naomi Lim, owner of Tea & Sympathy who has over 8 years of experience in the fashion industry and fashion retail business, has made her own dream come true by starting her busines in the fashion district of Kuala Lumpur. Their tag line "APPARELS.GIFTS.FOUND" already suggest that they are not just your typical stuffed-to-the-brim shop that bombard you with the same ol' APPARELS you can get from the next shop down the street. Naomi has carefully hand chosen and even has some made-to-order range that is just so unusual.
GIFTS, is simple, she also has lots of Victorian like gifts like, Laptop and iPod skins. But FOUNDS, that's a rare word. Well, they are simply rare items that she sources from all over the world. Check them out at her shop. She even has an antique cash machine dated back to the 1920s sitting on her counter.
Currently the shop seems a tad bit empty now cause it's really new. It's only been in business for the past one week. But she's put a lot of effort in the hand paintings you'll see on her wall and even on her counter. Her window dressing in itself is interesting. You'll find something fancy in each nook and corner because she's fused a lot of art sense into the shop. So, it's one shop you have to visit when you're in Bangsar!
Besides that, Sze Accessories is there! Items at the shop are not online. You'll have to go and see for yourself. Go and check it out! It's just above Cat's Whiskers and opposite La Bodega. Simple?
